We answer your firm's phone 24/7, in English and Spanish — and book the consultations on your calendar.

Don't take our word for it. Call right now — try it in Spanish, ask it anything, watch it book a consultation.

Then keep this in mind: 90% of your calls answered by day 30, or the month is free.

Every missed call is a case that hired someone else.

Cada llamada perdida es un caso que contrató a otro bufete.

How it works

From first ring to booked consultation — without touching your staff.

Del primer timbre a la consulta agendada.

STEP 1

Answers

Every call picked up on the first ring — nights, weekends, holidays. In the caller's language, English or Spanish, with no hold time and no queue.

STEP 2

Qualifies

Identifies the case type — family petition, citizenship, asylum, removal — on scripts your attorney approves word for word. Urgent matters like detention are flagged to your team immediately.

STEP 3

Books

Offers real openings from your calendar and confirms the consultation on the spot. The caller gets a text confirmation and reminders. No-shows drop.

STEP 4

Reports

Every call transcribed and logged. Flagged calls reviewed by our bilingual quality team. A monthly report shows calls answered, consultations booked, and cases recovered.

Built for law firms

Designed around your bar rules, not around ours.

Attorney-approved scripts

Nothing is said on your firm's behalf that you haven't reviewed and signed off on. You hold the pen.

Never gives legal advice

The intake system qualifies, schedules, and captures — it never discusses case outcomes, legal strategy, or fees beyond your consultation policy.

Transparent & disclosed

Callers are always told they're speaking with the firm's virtual assistant, in line with current bar guidance on client communication.

Confidential by default

Encrypted call records, full transcripts available to you, data never shared or used to train outside systems. Deleted on request.

The Day-30 Answer-Rate Guarantee

By day 30, at least 90% of English calls and 85% of Spanish calls are answered and handled end to end — or your first month is free. Measured from your own call logs, not ours.

Pricing

Flat monthly pricing. No per-minute surprises.

Precio fijo mensual. Sin sorpresas por minuto.

Questions attorneys ask us

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Is this a robot? Will it put off my clients?

It's a virtual assistant — and we tell every caller that up front, because bar guidance requires it and because honesty works. But don't decide from a description: call the demo line and try it in Spanish. Most attorneys tell us it handles a nervous caller more patiently than a busy front desk at 5:55pm ever could. And every flagged call is reviewed by our bilingual quality team, so nothing runs unsupervised.

Does it replace my receptionist?

No — it covers what she physically can't: nights, weekends, lunch hours, overflow when both lines ring at once, and callers who only speak Spanish. Your team keeps doing what they do; the calls that used to hit voicemail now end in booked consultations.

What happens if a caller asks something it can't handle?

It never guesses. Anything outside intake — legal questions, fee negotiations, complex situations — triggers a clean handoff: it takes the caller's details, sets a callback commitment, and flags your team immediately. Urgent matters like detention or a court date within days skip straight to a priority alert.

What about confidentiality and my bar's rules?

Callers are disclosed to, scripts are approved by your attorney before going live, no legal advice is ever given, and call data is encrypted, never shared, never used to train outside systems, and deleted on your request. We'll walk through your state's specific guidance during onboarding — it's part of the setup, not an afterthought.

How fast can we go live?

Most firms are live within 2 weeks of onboarding: we build your intake scripts, your attorney reviews and approves them, we connect your calendar and phone number, run test calls together, and switch on. The Day-30 guarantee clock starts when you go live.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Three months minimum, then month to month. We ask for three months because intake improves as scripts get tuned to your real callers — and because we're confident enough in the result to guarantee it. If we don't hit the answer-rate guarantee by day 30, the first month is free.

Your next client is calling tonight. Someone should answer.
