Marketing messages are only sent after express written consent is provided and are not combined with transactional consent.

How do Contacts Opt-in to Messages?
LeadConnector is the ISV for ADSFORMANCE LLC. LeadConnector owns and maintains the widget and opt-in flow used by ADSFORMANCE LLC. Users visit the ADSFORMANCE LLC website at https://www.adsformance.com and engage with the website chat widget or embedded form. Users may voluntarily provide their mobile number and select the separate marketing consent checkbox to agree to receive promotional text messages.
The marketing consent checkbox must be optional, unchecked by default and separate from any Privacy Policy, Terms of Service or transactional consent. Submitting a form or purchasing a service is not conditioned on agreeing to receive marketing SMS.
